Instructions:
- Insert the blade into the slot at a 90-degree angle to the sharper.
- Place blade in carbide cutting heads (Black in color).
- Pull the knife straight backwards you (2-3 times) while applying a light pressure.
- Place blade in ceramic fine smoothing rods (White in color).
- Pull the knife straight backwards you (5-6 times) while applying heavy pressure.
- If the blade is still dull, repeat these steps until blade is sharp.
